At Impact Insurance Agency, our mission is simple: Making an Impact, one person at a time. We strive to be a lifelong resource for our clients—offering clarity, confidence, and care in every interaction.

Born and raised in a small town in Ohio and lived 6 years in Loganville, Georgia, I've made Westerville my home. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and more recently my new grandbabies ~ what a JOY they are!!

In my spare time, I enjoy being active playing golf, volleyball, softball, pickleball, swimming and simply just being in the outdoors. 

With Impact Insurance Agency’s guiding principle of “Making an Impact, one person at a time!”, I am passionate about creating a team of agents with an unwavering commitment to servicing their clients and making an impact by educating them and assisting them A-Z to make the insurance process easy and less stressful for them.

A previous Ohio resident, I relocated to Texas as a proud military spouse when my husband received his orders. The warmth of the community here made it easy to dive into my work with heart and purpose.

Outside of helping clients, you’ll find me staying active with sports leagues, enjoying live music, and traveling the world.

Helping people is truly at the heart of what I do. Life’s an adventure, and I’m lucky to spend mine doing work that truly matters.

A 1992 graduate of The Ohio State University, I've lived in central and north central Ohio most of my life. I currently reside in Dublin and enjoy serving where I live. 

When not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, tending my flower garden, and traveling in my camper van to see as much of our beautiful country that I can.

My personal goal is to become a lifetime resource for my clients and give them greater confidence in choosing their insurance coverage.

I have been Michele's sidekick since 2018 and have been enjoying coming to the office for four of those years. While there, I like greeting our visitors, sitting on client's laps and begging for their attention. When I'm not doing those things, I'm barking at UPS trucks and people in the parking lot or sleeping under the desk. 

My goal is to spread my happiness to everyone I meet.

Having lived in Ohio my entire life from a small town to graduating from Miami University and post-graduate at The Ohio State University, I feel Ohio communities are a great place to live and work. I am a long-time resident of the Upper Arlington Community/Marble Cliff area where I have raised four sons, and became involved in our schools, church and community groups.

In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, golf, spending time with friends, creating art, reading, and visiting my two little grands in Texas. I also have a big fur baby, Lulu, at home to keep me out walking and enjoying some metro parks.

I am very proud to be part of Impact Insurance Agency where I feel we all have very similar goals. And I especially want my clients to feel like they have someone to educate and walk through the insurance process with them and still be here with any questions they may have along the way through all of their life transitions.

As a proud mom of three grown children, family has always been at the heart of my life. Having lived overseas as a child, I later settled in Virginia, where Vienna became my hometown and where I love serving my community. Today, I work with clients throughout Virginia and across multiple states.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors, visiting farmers markets, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and taking weekend trips.

As a health and Medicare specialist, I take a personal concierge approach and enjoy helping people feel secure in their coverage. I truly love what I do and am honored to support my clients.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati and earned my degree in Marketing and Communications from Ohio University after competing in collegiate tennis at Northern Kentucky University.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, time on Dale Hollow Lake, and life with my wife Morgan, son Jackson, and our dog, Ollie.
